An Lovely Stay!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager, Thomas, was especially kind and accommodating. We booked a quadruple room for a sister's getaway for one night. Two of us decided to extend our stay to use the Therme and get massages. It was SO relaxing. We also really enjoyed the rooftop bar area with fantastic views!!!
The hotel is divided, so the reception is in one place, and the room where we stayed was in another location.

The hotel boasts a really good location. It is a short walk to a tram station. Access to public transport is also very close. This offers great access to city attractions. It is very easy to explore nearby areas.

The staff was attentive and courteous! Elena gave us a warm welcome at the reception. Michel provided good service within the Spa section of the hotel. This level of care enhances your experience.

The spa is really good and has enough capacity . There are lots of different steam rooms and showers. It is perfect. The thermal area is excellent. The installations are beautiful and very clean.

The venue impressed me with its cleanliness. The staff members I encountered were very friendly. The Therme Spa complex provided a space for relaxation.
The breakfast came with an extra charge of 20€ per person. The wellness area included mandatory nudity, which may not suit everyone. I found the hotel stay a bit overpriced for what it offered, and I would have liked another small pillow.

The room was spacious with a sofa, a queen bed, a half wall, and two more beds! the a/c worked great and kept the room at the perfect temperature. the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is also convenient with many breakfast places nearby. i had easy access to the center!
The pavements around the hotel had dog poo. I had to watch my step when walking back at night!

The spa includes several saunas and swimming pools and the area was kept clean. The variety allowed for a really relaxing experience. I found the Aufguss sessions rejuvenating and they were a highlight of my visit.

My room was spacious with a comfy sofa and a queen bed! the air conditioning worked like a charm, a lifesaver. i didn't try the spa, but it looked amazing from what i could see. i easily found a parking spot right out front. That was pure luck!
